** Update!**

The Youth Art entries have been judged, the winners have been framed and will be available to see at the Town Hall Cafe Bar from the 1st to the 7th November.  Winners will be announced at the Community Celebration on 29th October at Riverside Park at 5pm!

In 2011 we are proud to announce the inaugural Youth Art Competition and invite young people from across our region to enter their creations.
Winning images may be selected for use in print or on the Internet for Swan Hill Rural City Council publications.
Themes for the art competition have been selected from the 2011 Fairfax Festival: “shadow, a mysterious stranger and a sign” This does not mean your art has to be about any of these things – however one or all of them must be in your artwork – so think outside the square, surprise us with your ingenuity, and have fun creating!
